Every event on the object is an entry: purchase, service, appraisal, inheritance, hand-over. Signable on site by QR, at the moment the object physically changes hands.

OWNAMIC is a tool for documenting an inventory. It provides no licensable advice (§ 32 KWG, § 34d GewO), no legal services (RDG) and no tax advice (StBerG). Displayed values are explicitly orientation values, not valuations in the legal sense. The simple electronic signature (SES) documents a confirmed state and is not the equivalent of a qualified electronic signature. The area-specific limits are set out in full on each partner page.
