What OWNAMIC takes off your hands

An estate inventory, line by line.

  • Household items by video

Instead of writing down every room, you film it. OWNY recognises furniture, appliances and valuables and gives a non-binding guide value as a range.

  • Accounts and contracts

Account balances, insurance, subscriptions and the tenancy with the amount as per document – photographed or uploaded as a PDF.

  • Debts belong in it

Loans, open bills and funeral costs stand as liabilities in the same list – they help decide whether the inheritance is worth accepting.

  • For co-heirs and the notary

Co-heirs see the list in a shared space; each of you can only change your own entries. Export as PDF and CSV.

What you can rely on

Private, encrypted, stored in Germany.

  • Stored in Germany Encrypted with AES-256 on servers in Germany; the AI analysis runs in the EU.
  • Your data is never sold No advertising with your entries, nothing passed on to third parties. You pay with your plan, not with your data.
  • AI only when you want it OWNY, the AI assistant, recognises and suggests – nothing is saved until you confirm it. You can switch it off, too.
  • No legal advice OWNAMIC helps you document. What applies legally in your case, you clarify with professionals – a consumer advice centre, a notary or a lawyer.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official estate inventory?

No. OWNAMIC creates a private list. Whether the probate court, a notary or those entitled to a compulsory share require a separate inventory – a notarial one, for instance – depends on the case; you clarify that with them.

Is there a template for the estate inventory?

Yes, as an empty Excel file to download, free and without an account – it opens in Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice too. In OWNAMIC you type nothing: you capture by photo or video and export the finished list.

What belongs in an estate inventory?

Everything that is there and everything set against it: household items, vehicles, accounts, securities, property and valuables on one side, loans, open bills and funeral costs on the other – each with evidence such as a photo, statement or invoice.

A documentation aid, not legal advice. Questions about inheritance, compulsory shares or disclaiming you clarify with the probate court, a notary or a lawyer.

Start with the room that leaves the most questions open.

OWNAMIC as an app

Add OWNAMIC to your Home Screen

iPhone and iPad have no install dialog – Apple leaves it to Safari's share menu. Three taps and OWNAMIC opens like any other app: full screen, with its own icon.

  1. Tap the share icon in Safari's bottom bar.
  2. Scroll down the list and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
  3. Confirm with “Add” – OWNAMIC is now on your Home Screen.

Only Safari can put a web app on the iOS Home Screen. If you are reading this in another browser, open ownamic.com in Safari first.
