What is a collection file?

A file with one page per piece: photos, provenance, receipts, condition, a value with its source, the piece's story and whom it is meant for. It lets the family know later what they are looking at.

Is “Meant for” a will?

No. “Meant for” records a personal wish. It is not a disposition and does not replace a will; for that, a notary or a lawyer is the right place.

Who can see the file?

Only you, until you share it. In OWNAMIC you create the file as a PDF or share the collection in a shared space, where your financial data stays private.
