Where was that manual again? With the device – and OWNY finds the page.
Keep every user manual as a PDF with its device, next to receipt and warranty. When you have a question, OWNY, the AI assistant, finds the answer in your manual and names the page.

Answers with the page
What does E15 mean, how do I change the filter? OWNY searches your manual and names the page. If it says nothing about it, OWNY tells you so.

How OWNAMIC protects your data
“I never wanted to hunt for a manual again – or, when something happens, have to write down from memory what was there. In OWNAMIC I photograph a room, OWNY recognises the things, and I attach receipt and manual straight to the device.”

Frequently asked questions
Where do I get the user manual?
From the maker’s website – there it matches your model. You download it as a PDF and file it with the device. OWNAMIC neither fetches nor offers other people’s manuals.
Where do I find the model number?
On the rating plate of the device: on washing machines and dishwashers usually at the door, on ovens on the frame behind the door, on fridges inside on the side wall. Makers call it differently, such as E-Nr. (Bosch, Siemens, Neff) or PNC (AEG).
Can I ask OWNY questions about my manual?
Yes. Once the manual is filed as a PDF with the device, you ask OWNY in the chat – how to descale, say, or what an error code means. OWNY searches the PDF’s text layer and names the page the answer comes from; if there is nothing on it, OWNY says so.
For work on gas, electricity, water connections or heating: if in doubt, ask a qualified professional. The manual does not replace one.
