Model and serial number
Maker, model, serial number, purchase price and date have fields of their own; reference and calibre go into the description.
-
Service history with invoices
Every service as an event in the object history, with invoice and date. Set an interval and OWNAMIC reminds you of the next one.
-
Confirmed by the workshop
The watchmaker confirms the service right on the entry – with a code from their e-mail, without an account of their own. A simple electronic signature, not an appraisal.
-
A guide to the price

How OWNAMIC protects your data
“As a geoscientist I looked after an institute's collection of several thousand pieces. A piece's story is almost always written on a slip of paper. In OWNAMIC it stays with the piece.”

Frequently asked questions
Can the workshop confirm a service?
Yes. The workshop confirms the event with a code from its e-mail, without an OWNAMIC account of its own. That is a simple electronic signature – not a qualified electronic signature and not an appraisal.
What details can I record for a watch?
Maker, model, serial number, condition, purchase price and date have fields of their own. There are no dedicated fields for reference, calibre or movement yet – record them in the description.
Is the collection file good enough for my insurer?
The collection file is a PDF with every piece: photos, key facts such as type, maker, condition, purchase price and date, description and story, valuations with range, basis and sources, and the events around the piece. The receipts themselves come with the ZIP export. What your insurer requires, you clarify with them directly.
